Quality Seed Studio is led by Glen Mordeci, Founder and Creative Director.

With a foundation in award-winning cinematography spanning films, commercials, and documentary work, Glen brings a disciplined, cinematic approach to architectural, hospitality, and real estate photography. His work is guided by an architectural eye and a filmmaker’s understanding of light, composition, and spatial narrative—capturing how spaces are designed, inhabited, and felt.

Working closely with architects, designers, developers, and hospitality teams, Glen creates imagery that emphasizes form, materiality, scale, and atmosphere. From luxury hotels and contemporary residences to thoughtfully designed environments, each project is approached with technical precision and a strong sense of visual storytelling.

Glen remains active across both motion and stills, selecting projects that value craft, collaboration, and intention.
